Everybody’s heard about the bird

Well, my knees are mildly sunburned and holy shit am I ever covered in mosquito bites. Summer plus northern altitude equals mosquito central, especially when you add tenting to the mix. But it’s all good. Fishing was entirely unproductive but the kanuuretk was quite nice.

All in all, quite a nice Jaanipäev weekend. Pictures to come, maybe, if I stop being a lazy shit. (So don’t howld your breath.)

Also, direct congratulations to Riina and Rene, who recently provided their respective emas and ämms with a second grandchild to dote over.
