True story. I had expressed surprise that, after the Fleet takeover, they told me it would take at least 9 months to send me a credit card with an updated (i.e. that actually worked) customer service number on the back. Truer story: 2 years later, said updated credit card has not yet arrived! Guess which bank I don't deal with anymore. I once had a Bank of America customer service rep hang up on me! True story.
